InHouse offers a direct integration to the UCDP. We are among the first to go through the full integration process with several lenders/AMCs and have helped them to electronically submit UAD-compliant
appraisals to the portal.
Uniform Collateral Data Portal (UCDP) is a single portal where lenders electronically submit appraisal reports for conventional mortgages to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
December 1, 2011: Lenders must collect the standardized appraisal data for new loan applications to be delivered to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. All InHouse appraisals are UAD compliant.
January 1, 2012: FHA appraisals with an effective date on or after January 1, 2012!
The required forms per FHA are:
Uniform Residential Appraisal Report - Fannie Mae 1004 and Freddie Mac 70
Individual Condominium Unit Appraisal Report - Fannie Mae 1073 and Freddie Mac 465
March 19, 2012: For all GSE deliveries, if the loan application date is after December 1, 2011 the appraisal data must be submitted through the UCDP.
As part of the new GSE appraisal submission requirements, appraisals must be delivered in MISMO XML format or as a first-generation PDF. InHouse Connexions platform can easily convert first-generation PDFs into the MISMO format for faster submissions.Connexions also validates compliance and tracks the status of all appraisals.
All Lender and Lender Agents must register using the Freddie Mac or Fannie Mae registration process. Both integrate directly with UCDP so only 1 submission form is necessary.
The registration process is a series of steps. After completing the self-registration page, you will receive an email from UCDP to validate your email address and complete the registration process.
