Overview

InHouse, Inc. is a technology based financial services company. We have two lines of business: Solutions and Connexions.

Solutions is a nationwide appraisal management company (AMC). We support mid-tier lenders nationwide, enabling them to outsource the ordering and completion of residential appraisals.

Connexions is a cloud based technology platform that provides the tools to manage the appraisal process internally utilizing a limitless number of appraisers and appraisal management companies (AMCs) while maintaining a single system of record for all orders.

InHouse prides itself on having mortgage and appraisal experts who truly understand the needs of our lenders. Whether these professionals are InHouse or a business partner it is the combination of this industry specific knowledge that continues to allow us to provide exceptional customer care and improved processes. We work hard to make it work for you!

InHouse is one of a limited number of vendors approved by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac to submit appraisals directly online through the portal. This ability means InHouse is truly a one stop shop!
