Jennifer Creech, President/COO
Jennifer Creech brings over 20 years of senior management experience in both retail/wholesale mortgage originations to InHouse. She brings to InHouse the lender’s perspective to serve lenders better.
Jennifer oversees the company’s day-to-day activities and is tasked with the responsibility of creating the most responsive customer centric appraisal provider in the industry. She personally manages and supervises many of the company’s clients and is intimately involved in strategic decisions with all clients.
Her career includes managing 2.5 Billion of annual production at PNC/WAMU as Vice President, building a de novo sales organization for RBC Mortgage (Royal Bank of Canada) as Senior Vice President and as Executive Vice President of DeepGreen Financial being responsible for 5.5 Billion of annual production via a wholesale channel as well as re-branding the corporate identity.
Patrick McDaniel, CTO
Patrick McDaniel brings over 17 years of technology leadership at startup to Fortune 500 companies. He believes in and delivers a people-process-technology approach to InHouse at every level.
Patrick is responsible for all technology related initiatives from internal IT needs to software development. He personally manages the development team and is actively involved in building long-term scalable and adaptable technology solutions.
Previously he worked for Option One Mortgage as the company’s Chief Technology Officer. At Argent Mortgage and Accredited Home Lenders he was the lead consultant responsible to lead design, development and integration of the company’s automated underwriting systems, pricing engines and loan origination systems.
Charles "Chuck" Johnson, SVP
Chuck Johnson brings over 16 years of senior management experience from retail/wholesale mortgage originations and mortgage brokerages. He is a seasoned mortgage professional and has experience from all levels as a loan officer to a senior executive.
Chuck is in charge of the company’s sales effort nationally and is fanatically responsive. He is directly involved in and manages all clients for the company. As a leader that has been at every level of the mortgage industry Chuck works with loan officers, account executives, sales managers and senior management. He is so fanatic about customer service he even participates in client’s sales calls and has even been known to go on sales meetings with client’s accounts executives.
Prior to InHouse, Chuck spent 13 years at RBC Mortgage/Prism where he left as the company’s Senior Vice President in charge of 1,500 employees and 5 Billion in annual production.
William Chan, Managing Director
William Chan brings over 18 years of technology experience in the mortgage industry developing large scale systems from lead to funding. He brings a wide array of experience in both retail/wholesale lending.
William is intimately involved with the company’s software development efforts and leads all software related projects. He also serves as lead consultant to client’s data warehousing and integration needs.
His career includes positions ranging from Consultant at New Century Mortgage, Director at Argent Mortgage to Chief Information Officer at H&R Block.
